Trademark Notifications

Using a company or business name, logo, or other trademark-protected materials in a manner that may mislead or confuse others with regard to its brand or business affiliation may be considered a trademark law violation. Webist, Inc. opposes any unauthorized infringement of trademarks. It is Webist, Inc.'s policy to respond to clear notices of alleged trademark infringement.

If you are concerned that someone may be using your trademark in an infringing way on our site you can let us know by submitting the information listed below. Webist, Inc. will review your submission and take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including temporary or permanent removal of the trademark from our site.

If you are unsure whether you hold the rights to a trademark, or whether that mark is being infringed, please consult an attorney or another adviser as Webist, Inc.cannot provide legal advice.

Infringement Notification

To report a trademark infringement by a Webist User, please provide the following information and details:
  1. The URL address of the allegedly infringing material.
  2. Your company name.
  3. Your company website.
  4. Your trademarked word, symbol, logo, etc.
  5. Your trademark registration number.
  6. Trademark registration office (e.g. USPTO).
  7. Description of confusion (e.g., passing off as your company, including specific descriptions of content or behavior).
  8. Requested Action (e.g., removal of violating the violating page).
  9. The person submitting the notification on behalf of the trademark owner must provide their:
    1. Full name
    2. Email address (please use a company email address)
    3. Relation to the trademark holder
  10. The following information may be provided, but is not required
    1. Date of first use in commerce
    2. Date of trademark application
    3. Date of registration
